PERMANENT/LIFETIME EXPULSION
These members or former members of USA Judo have been expelled from USA Judo membership, by order of the Board of Directors, with loss of all privileges, benefits, services such as Rank, Coaching Credentials, Club (Dojo) and Refereeing Certifications, as well as admittance to any sanctioned USA Judo events, such as Camps, Tournaments, Meetings, Clinics, USA Judo recognized Clubs and Seminars.
DANIEL DOYLE (OHIO)
- Nature of grievance: Engaging in Illicit Sexual Conduct in a Foreign Place. Mr Doyle has entered a plea agreement with the US District Court for the Southern District of Ohio, Western Division at Dayton.
- USA Judo Discipline Imposed: Lifetime expulsion from USA Judo
ANTHONY C ESPOSITO (ILLINOIS-WISCONSIN)
- Nature of the grievance: Engaging in sexual assault of a child and related charges. Mr Esposito has been sentenced in Walworth County, WI.
- USA Judo Discipline Imposed: Lifetime expulsion from USA Judo
TEMPORARY SUSPENSION
These members or former members of USA Judo have been temporarily suspended from USA Judo membership, by order of the Board of Directors, with loss of privileges as indicated.
Nature of grievance: Suspicion of sexual assault in Denver, Colorado. - USA Judo Discipline Imposed:
Temporary suspension from USA Judo pending outcome of the criminal case
PAUL HINKLEY (New York)
- Nature of the grievance: Charged with one count of crossing state lines with the intent to engage in sexual acts with an individual younger than 12 years and related counts.
- USA Judo Discipline Imposed: Temporary suspension from USA Judo pending sentencing outcome of the criminal case
RYAN REBMANN (California)
- Nature of the grievance: Sexual assault of a female teenager while in New York City. Mr Rebmann was acting as a chaparone for an unauthorized group trip enroute to a judo competition in the Dominican Republic.
