On March 5, the USA Judo Rank and Certification Committee held its quarterly meeting and voted to promote three individuals to the following rank:

Nebojsa Jaksic (Pueblo, Colo. / Ganbare Judo Club)

Godan (Fifth-Degree Black Belt
Bradley Daniels (Portland, Ind. / Judan Judo)
