Watch the Finals of the Grappling Worlds and USA vs. Brazil Team Tournament This Weekend

(Colorado Springs, Colo.) - The finals of the FILA Grappling World Championships will be Webcast live from Fort Lauderdale, Fla. on www.TheMat.com on Saturday and Sunday.
The show will feature the medal matches from each day of competition, including the gold-medal finals.
On Saturday, the No-Gi competition will be held for both men and women. The final session, which includes repechage and medal matches, is scheduled to begin at 6:30 p.m. Eastern time.
On Sunday, the Gi competition as well as the No-Gi Open division will be held for both men and women. The final session, which includes repechage and medal matches, is scheduled to begin at 2:00 p.m. Eastern time.
The following USA Judo athletes will be competing in the Gi competition on Sunday:
- Jeanette Rodriguez (Davie, Fla. / USA Judo National Training Site at North Miami / 55kg), 2007 Pan Am Games medalist
- Angelica Delgado (Miami, Fla. / USA Judo National Training Site at North Miami / 59kg), 2009 U.S. Open silver medalist
- Veronica Prado (Coral Springs, Fla. / USA Judo National Training Site at North Miami / 50kg), 2009 Senior National Champion
- Myles Porter (Colorado Springs, Colo. / NYAC / USA Judo National Training Site at the Olympic Training Center / 96kg), 2008 Paralympic Games fifth-place finisher
In addition, the USA vs. Brazil judo dual meet will also be Webcast on Sunday, starting at 1:00 p.m. Eastern time.
Former Olympic Coach Corinne Shigemoto (Bastrop, Texas) will be doing commentary for the USA vs. Brazil Meet alongside Jason Bryant (Colorado Springs, Colo.), USA Wrestling Coordinator of Grassroots and Social Media.
The United States is the defending World Champion in both No-Gi and Gi Grappling. Top nations expected to challenge for team honors include world power Brazil, plus Canada and France.
