Tournament Headquarters Hotel(There are four properties with USA Judo rates and shuttle to tournament and registration):

Check-in and Registration:

Friday, March 27, 2009: 11 a.m. - 6 p.m.  (ALL) at the Holiday Inn Conference Center of York

Saturday, March 28,2009: 3 - 6 p.m. (Bantam / Intermediate 2 / IJF-Junior/ Collegiate Novice ONLY) at the York Expo Center's Toyota Arena.  All athletes must register in person.

Weigh-in:

Juvenile A, Juvenile B & Intermediate 1, Senior Collegiate Divisions ONLY: Friday, March 27: 11 a.m. - 6 p.m. at Holiday Inn Conference Center of York

Bantam, Intermediate 2 & IJF Junior, Collegiate Novice Divisions ONLY: Saturday, March 28, 3 - 6 p.m. at the York Expo Center Toyota Arena

Referees Clinic:

A Referee Clinic, conducted by the USA Judo Referee Commission will be held at the Tournament Hotel Headquarters at 6:30 - 8:00 p.m. on Friday, March 27, 2009.  All individuals who plan to referee should be in attendance.  Coaches are welcome to attend.

Coaches Meeting:

Coaches meeting will be held at the Tournament Headquarters at 8:00 p.m. on Friday, March 27, 2009. All coaches on the floor must be certified and have proper ID to be issued at meeting to gain floor access. Coaches must attend to receive credentials for event. Only USA Judo coach certification will be accepted.
